The purpose of this lab is to gain familiarity with the different font, paragraph, and document formatting abilities that are available in most modern word processors.
You can find a file called lab03rawfile.doc attached to the assignment message for lab 3 in the manhattan environment. Save it to your floppy or hard disk by clicking on the link for it and responding appropriately to the dialogue boxes.
As discussed in class, this is a document that purports to describe its own formatting. You should change the format of the document so that it fits the description.
You should save your result to a file with a name like <initials>03.doc, where <initials> are your initials. For example I would use JMBlab3.doc or JMB03.doc or something similar using both 3 and JMB.
When you are finished, attach the file to a reply to the original assignment message in manhattan.
Verify that it is there.
